Wednesday Morning Workshops

Extracurricular Activities - 2016/2017 School Year

Like last year, Collège Sévigné offers Wednesday morning workshops from 8:45AM to 11:45AM in 90-minute sessions.

You child can attend two consecutive workshops if he or she wishes. Workshops start in the week of September 21, 2016

The annual fee is €250 per child and per workshop:

• Theater with Mrs Revillon (Workshop 1 only)
• Plastic Arts with Mrs Reynaud (Workshop 2 only)
• Science with the "Les Savants en Herbe" association (Workshops 1 or 2)
• Chess in two languages with the "Le Petit Echiquier" association (Workshop 2)
• Percussion with Mrs Garcenot (Workshop 1)
• Flute with Mrs Garcenot (Workshop 2)
• Chinese Language and Culture (Workshop 2)
• Creative Arts (mosaics, sewing, paper folding, jewelry) (Workshop 2)
• Pottery (Workshop 1)
• Yoga in English (subject to availability)
• English with the "School is Cool" association. This year five activities in five periods are available (Workshops 1 and 2)

1. Musicals: adaptation of American musicals

2. Board Games: board game creation

3. Drama: interpretation extracts from plays;

4. Discovery: learning about major English-speaking capital cities

5. Crafts: handmade crafts, creations, masks, cards

The Galopins du Triolet (choir workshop) meets on Tuesdays from 4:30PM to 6PM with Mrs Garcenot.

Workshops are available with a minimum 15 participants.
